Do I qualify for a Google Promo? 

Has your district recently purchased 30 or more Chromebooks this school year? Have you recently purchased your first 30 Chromebooks? Or, would you like your teachers to learn about special Google Programs they can use to get students Cloud Certified with Google? Contact us let us know your situation and we will scour our resources to see if you are entitled to free professional development from Google or from other resources or partners. 

What is the Quote Process?​

Most of friEdTechnology's customers must "pay" with a purchase order. If this is your organization's process, it works like this: 1. You request a quote/estimate. 2. We provide a quote. 3. You sign the quote. 4. We put your dates on our calendars. 5. We execute the work. 6. We send you an invoice. 7. You district sends us a check within 14 business days of the last day of the event. 

If your district prefers to pay with direct deposit or a credit card, we can accomodate your needs; just let us know! 

If you have purchased our services through one of our reseller partners, you will use the reseller partner's quote and payment processes. 

How Long is My Quote Good? How do I Know if I'm "Booked"?​

 

The amount on your quote is good for 30 days from the date the quote is generated; however, your tentative date is not guaranteed until we receive​ your signed quote AND we confirm your requested date. 

Who will my Learning Guide be?

Unless you requested a specific Learning Guide, we will assign your Learning Guide based on availability and expertise. All of our Learning Guides are well qualified to interact with your staff in a friendly, professional, and highly educational way. Each friEdTechnology Learning Guide maintains a 4.5 out of 5 overall satisfaction percentage, which is well above the industry standard. 

When will We Make an Agenda Together?

After your dates are confirmed, we will work with you to create a customized agenda; our initial call will cover a high level overview of your upcoming event for the purposes of generating an estimate. 

How Many People Can We Have in Our Event, Sessions, or Academy?

For hands-on events (not keynotes), our limit is 35 participants per trainer. This assures your learners have a quality experience and get the support they need to integrate new ideas successfully. 

Who Can Come to Our Event, Session, or Academy?​

Please feel free to invite anyone in your organization​ to your event; however, consider the purpose and position of the learners. NO ONE wants to attend a learning opportunity that will not help them with their daily work, so communicating with us AND your staff about the objectives is critical for success. Also, attendees who are not interested in the content we are sharing may inadvertently detract from their peers' learning opportunities.
